Pershing Piano Studio Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24-48 hours notice is required in advance of all cancellations or re-schedulings. If a student cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, they have the option to reschedule the missed piano lesson or be charged the class fee for the cancellation. This provides clear expectations for both student and teacher insofar as it guarantees the booked time-slot to the student and helps to ensure that the piano teacher is compensated for lost income, and potentially reschedule the cancelled class with another student.
